I had trouble pouring the contents of the bottles into a  regular tablespoon but learned that my Pampered Chef measuring spoon was a perfect solution. If you know someone who sells Pampered Chef, reach out to them! :) Too, removing the lid from the bottles helps to dispense the contents easily. Remember to not forget to refrigerate your Modere once you've opened it. Finally, do not beat yourself up too much if you miss a day or even two of your Modere. Just pick back up once you've missed and continue with the product. You will NOT be disappointed!
